this was the first time on Veteran's Reef.
Very interesting little reef. Went down the anchor and
came down straight on some very large Reef Ball type
structures. Headed in the general direction of where
the buoy was and found a nice little stainless steel
anchor!
The VIZ wasn't great, but you could make out a large
structure just within viewing distance. It was a very
large barge. By gummit, it was right next to ANOTHER
large barge and guess what? yup, the 2nd was next to
a 3rd barge!
Larry was spearing again and well, we'll leave it at
that! Did see a few Jewfish when looking through the
'holes'.
